Russia's hybrid military forces mounted 30 attacks on Ukrainian army positions in Donbas in the past 24 hours, with one Ukrainian soldier reported as wounded in action (WIA).

"According to intelligence reports, two occupiers were wounded," the press center of Ukraine's Joint Forces Operation said in an update on Facebook as of 07:00 Kyiv time on July 30, 2018.

The Russian occupation forc es opened aimed fire mainly from grenade launchers, heavy machine guns and small arms at the defenders of the towns of Avdiyivka and Maryinka, and the villages of Krymske, Pivdenne, Novhorodske, Opytne, Novomykhailivka, Novoselivka, Lebedynske, Hnutove, Shyrokyne, Pavlopil and Vodiane.

Since Monday midnight, Russian-led forces have mounted eight attacks on the Ukrainian positions near the towns of Svitlodarsk and Maryinka, and the villages of Krymske, Travneve, Opytne and Pavlopil.
